Our food is made using quality non- GMO produce, organic grains, and made from scratch sauces. We know you care about what you put into your body just as much as we do so that's why all of our meals are made to offer you fuel for the whole day. We use only fresh ingredients from farms and local gardens, and spend a lot of time on precisely sourcing our ingredients. All of our ingredients are free of GMOs, trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners, and other artificial additives. Our chicken, beef, and pork are pasture raised, and never given antibiotics or hormones.

Each meal is just the right sized portion for one person for one meal.
Menus are constantly changing with the seasons.
Our meals are fresh, so typically they have a refrigerated shelf life of about 3-5 days. Select items (such as seafood) are best eaten first.
If you’re ever unable to finish your meals within their shelf life, you can always pop them into the freezer for extended storage. Just be sure to microwave your meal straight from the freezer and reach an internal temperature of 165° F.
We use 100% BPA-free containers and fully recyclable packaging.

Meal orders must be placed by Monday 8PM for the following week.
